SHIPPING INFORMATION

We have carefully selected two options of shipping to ensure you receive the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery service possible. The two options are XPost Business Shipping which can take up to 3 business days and expedited shipping which can take up to 10 business days. If you would like an alternative shipping option, please contact us to discuss other options.
Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the box that will contain your item or items. The cost of shipping is calculated at the time of your order. Orders for outside of Canada will be individually calculated and pre-approved by the customer.
The tracking number will be available on the website. Go to your orders and click the order that is being shipped by Expedited Freight, see its details and you will either find the Expedited Freight tracking number or a link/button that allows you to track trace Expedited Freight package.
Track tool. The Track tool provides the latest information on the location and status of your package. We update our information as it becomes available.
If an item is“out of stock” please contact us directly and we can let you know when the item is expected back in stock.
We offer shipping in Canada through the website but will happily ship anywhere in the world. Please contact us directly.
If the shipping presented on the website is not quick enough, please contact us directly and we can explore quicker avenues.
If no one is home to receive the parcel, Canada Post will look for a safe location to leave it (with a safe drop card telling you the location of the item). If a safe location is not possible, Canada Post leave a delivery notice card telling you where to pickup the item at a designated post office. A delivery notice card lets the customer know they can pick up their parcel at the nearest post office. Government-issued photo ID is required to pick up parcels. Customers must sign up for this option.

No Canadian taxes will be charged to items being shipped outside of Canada, but your country may charge any applicable taxes in your country.

Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are all accepted.

You will be charged in Canadian dollars.

CANCELLATIONS

You can request to cancel any order before it ships from My Orders. Cancellation requests are not a guarantee, as our cancellation system will not allow items to be canceled once they are preparing for shipment

If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a return or exchange ahead of time, and then send the item back once it arrives. Please note, return shipping costs may apply!

Already filled out the return form but changed your mind? Don’t worry! As long you still have the item in your possession, you can easily cancel the return from My Orders.

QUESTIONS ON RETURNS

If your item is defective, you will receive a full refund. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund minus original shipping cost. The merchandise must be returned at your expense. 

You must contact the store within 30 days of receipt for “Return Authorization and Return Instructions”. 

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

If you received the item and it is damaged, please contact us and we will refund the full amount and shipping.

We will provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.
