Black/ Brass/ natural.The Black Pearl is a fictional ship in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series. In the screenplay, the Black Pearl is easily recognized by her distinctive black hull and sails. Captained by Captain Jack Sparrow, she is said to be "nigh uncatchable".
Dichroic Glass Pendant With Surgical Steel Chain
These uniquely beautiful dichroic glass pendants have been carefully handcrafted by the skillful artists of Flame Work Designs in Victoria, BC Canada. Each and every one seems to have a life of its own! What makes this glass so sparkly and iridescent is a material called dichroic that is fused into the glass. Dichroic was invented in the mid 1970's by the aerospace industry. The glass is created in a vacuum chamber where a complex process vaporizes metal oxides and crystal quartz to form a film that adheres to the surface of the glass.
